Signature Spa Concierge Service
Great products are nothing without outstanding service. That's why every new Pamper Her Forever member is assigned her own personal spa concierge. Shortly after a new member receives the 'Spa Essentials Kit', her concierge will contact her to answer any questions she may have regarding her membership. In addition, they will complete a short survey which will allow us to personalize the monthly collections to her desires, preferences and needs.
But the service doesn't stop at the beginning. Her personal spa concierge will keep in touch throughout the year. She will always be available to help her get the most enjoyment from her membership and ensure that she is delighted with every aspect. Our entire concierge staff has completed rigorous training and our members always find them to be proficient, courteous and professional.

The Monthly Themed Collections
At the foundation of the Pamper Her Forever Luxury At-Home Spa Club she'll find the magnificent monthly themed collections. Each one different, these collections are beautifully designed around a central theme that creates a unique and distinctive spa experience. Our creative design staff travels the world selecting the highest quality bath, spa and beauty products as well as seeking out the most exceptional rejuvenation methods and relaxation techniques to be used in our collections.
Dozens of themes have been created. Some feature exotic locales such as our 'Tahitian Sunrise' or our 'Corrals of the Caribbean' themes, while others revolve around striking colors and fragrances such as our 'Indigo Nights' and 'Citrus Serenity' themes.
